Apuva is operated by Sérgio Camacho (Vingelis), Switzerland. For any question about your data, write to contact@vingelis.ch.
Account data: your name, email address and role, and your organization's name.
The business data your organization enters: contacts, companies, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, products and tasks.
Technical logs: timestamps, pages accessed and error events.
Only to provide Apuva to your organization, to keep it secure and to fix errors. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Your organization decides what it stores about its own customers and is responsible for that towards them. We process that data on your organization's behalf.
The database is hosted in Zurich, Switzerland (Supabase). The application is hosted by Vercel, so data is also processed in the United States. The third parties that may process data are listed on our sub-processor page.
A deleted record stays in Trash for 30 days, where an owner or administrator can restore it, and is then deleted permanently.
Cookies are used only to keep you signed in, to remember your language and, for a few minutes, to secure the connection when you link an integration (bexio, Google Calendar). None is used for advertising or tracking.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to contact@vingelis.ch. We answer within 30 days.
This is a short interim notice. A complete privacy policy, reviewed by a lawyer, will replace it.
